Claire Perry Virtual Assistant

My Team

Ben Perry

My son, Ben joined Claire Perry Virtual Assistant as an Associate in July 2023.

After successfully completing his A-levels in Business (A*), Economics (A), and Geography (A), Ben embarked on his professional journey by joining a Plymouth Accountancy practice while pursuing his AAT exams.

During his experience, Ben discovered his passion for Xero Bookkeeping. How lucky is that!

Ben's addition to my Bookkeeping services brings a fresh perspective—an accountancy background and an understanding of what accountants require for seamless and effective end-of-year accounts. With this enhanced expertise, we can elevate our level of bookkeeping, making it faster and less time-consuming for the accountant. This offers a potential win for our clients!

With Ben on board, Claire Perry Virtual Assistant is able to take on more Xero bookkeeping clients; whether an existing Xero user or those considering using it.

From business setup to regular bookkeeping, we can guide business owners through the entire process whilst maintaining close collaboration with their accountant.

Ben has a huge passion for sport. He has played football since the age of five and now plays 5 a side football regularly. He supports Plymouth Argyle, and watches the games when he can. He also enjoys socialising with friends.

Ann Jenkins

Ann is an experienced and diverse Virtual Assistant who is forward thinking, self-motivated and caring.

With over 30 years’ experience of general and financial administration, she specialises in providing all round business support. She values consistency in standards and has a natural passion for being organised and thorough. She has a naturally friendly disposition that enables her to communicate effectively with colleagues and clients at all levels.

Ann is a mum to 3 (and a bit of a mad whippet mummy as well). She likes nothing more than socialising with friends and family, and she believes that work/life balance is really important. If she has any spare time then you’ll probably find her at a live music event, or challenging herself with a new activity – in the past, she's thrown herself out of a plane on a tandem sky dive and been coast steering.  For someone that can barely swim and doesn’t like heights, we think she maybe slightly crazy!
